A min of 50% deposit will be required before your booking will  be confirmed. With amounts up to R1000 the full amount must  be paid !!!!!!Proof of payments must be provided via sms to 072 159 0989  or e-mail to booking@vosriteadventures.co.za when deposits are paid. Please use your SRB number as reference.

Bookings:  Please take note of the BASE prices of the sites!!!

  1. Minimum of 2 days must be booked when booking a site. If your quote is less than 2 days it will be rejected.
  2. BASE PRICE – How does it work.
     Likkewaan, Manapools, Timbevatie and the Cabin are big sites and works on  a BASE price.
    ●  Likkewaan BASE price – if only 1,2,3,4 or 5 people you will be quoted on the BASE price. If you are more than 5 people in total you will be quoted per person.
    ●  Manapools BASE price – if only 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 people you will be quoted on the BASE price. If you are more than 6 people in total you will be quoted per person.
    ●  Cabin – BASE price – if you are 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 people you will be quoted on the BASE price. More than 7 on per person. Cabin can sleep 10 people but take note there is 6 beds available.
  3. Weekend bookings works from Friday to Sunday…. No bookings will be accepted when booked from the Saturday unless it’s booked till Monday.
  4. Over long weekends the full days of the long weekend must be booked. Booking times work from 12:00 to 12:00. If the need arise to come in before 12:00 please arrange, if possible you will be informed.
  5. You have 24 Hours to make a payment after we send you the invoice.
  6. Min of 2 weeks notice for cancellations. Moneys will not be carried over for a next trip.
    If canceled 10% handling fee will be charge for paybacks if more that 2 weeks cancellation. Less than 2 weeks no refund. No cancellations from 15 November to 15 January!!
  7. Remember to deposit all money’s outstanding before you arrive on the Farm!
  8. When and if a new booking is logged on the day you leave the camp you must be out by 12:00 latest and if you come in on the day other people is leaving the camp you can only come in at 14:00.
    We do our best not to allow bookings in and out on the same day but from time to time it can happen.
  9. You have accepted the TERMS & CONDITIONS when you entered the site. You can read it again under the TERMS on the MENU.
