The CAMP FEE will cover the following :
1. Damages on sites including, holes dig, bank sides used as slip a slides/play area, breaking of furniture.
2. Garbage left behind on sites.
3. Cigarette buds and bottle caps left on ground/fire place.
4. Wood taken from the bushes.
5. Open fires on the ground.
6. ZERO TOLERANCE on the above rules!!!
Full CAMP FEE refund if you do not make yourself guilty on above and leave the campsite as you received it.

Please take note of the following.
- This is only a request for a quotation and not a booking of the site.
- After you have completed the form our Admin office will receive the request and a quote will be done.
- If a campsite name is on the date it means that the site is already booked for that date.
- If a campsite name is not on the date it does not mean that it is available as an outstanding quote might be out for that site.
- Only after you have received the quote and you have confirmed that you accept the quote, an invoice will be send to you for payment.
- Please reply within 24 Hours after you have received a quote if you accept the quote or not. After 24 Hours the quote will no longer be valid.
- If you do not receive a quote, please check your SPAM folder after 2 or 3 days as some emails go through as SPAM.
- Cabin, Likkewaan, Timbevatie and Manapools all have Base Prices. This means that if you are 1 or the base total people the price stays the same.
- Cabin – 1 to 6 People
- Likkewaan – 1 to 5 People
- Manapools – 1 to 6 People
- Timbevatie – 1 to 4 People
